How Mafialandlord Club Works
Membership & Registrations
To be a part of the MLC, you must be at least 19years old. People under this age cannot use this website and cannot attend our meetings.
Membership registration is FREE and you can start using the website (especially the affiliate section) immediately BUT your use of the website will be limited until you have paid a compulsory membership fee of N5000 (less if you are lucky to join during a discounted promo). As soon as you complete payment, login to your account and do a payment notification so that your account may be upgraded.
Please be aware that every month that you are a member of the MLC, you will be required to pay a total sum of N750 to keep your account active. This is required to ensure your continued participation towards the MLC target of making landlords of every member and it helps us maintain the website and organise the live trainings.

The Mafialandlord Club affiliate centre is an ingenious system that works in synergy with the MLC’s total concept and it is a system which targets at helping members of the MLC achieve the vision of becoming a landlord in 36months either they can personally produce the funds required or not.
Here is what this means:
Assume all you have is N5000, you can pay your registration fee for the MLC and start inviting your friends and family who can afford to purchase plots of lands and earn commissions as high as N20,000 per plot fully paid for. If the plot of land is sold at N250,000, all you need is to earn a total commission from 10 sales and you are a landlord, plain and simple.
The beautiful thing about Mafialandlord is that you do not need to do heavy marketing. We have a reputation and the system we have put in place markets itself. All you will ever need to do for instance is invite your friends and family to the MLC monthly meetings and let us take care of the rest.
Its as simple as that!
Affiliate Commission Breakdown
Affiliate commissions are paid in a two tier system. Which means you earn from your direct referrals and you also go ahead to earn from your indirect referral to the first generation. Here is a vivid example:
If Bayode invites his friend Julius to become a member of MLC and Julius pays for a plot of land. Bayode will earn a direct commission. If Julius likes the MLC concept and tells another friend, then Bayode will earn a first generation commission from the payment made by Juliu’s friend.
This means, you can work hard to bring in 10 referalls directly and then relax while each of the 10 referrals also introduce another 10 referalls, to make 10 x 10 new referral, then you earn commission from 100 new MLC members anytime they complete payments for their plots of land.
Its simple, its straight forward and there is no confusion about it because our website does the job of tracking the payments and allocating commissions to the appropriate accounts.
When Am I Paid & How?
MLC is a landlord focus online marketing/training system, so we de-emphasise the cash angle. We therefore do not pay in cash.
Payment of commissions are done ONLY when your direct of indirect, first generation referral has made a full payment for the landed property of his choice. Commissions are then instantly credited to your online MLC account but you cannot draw it as cash.
You commission will be accumulated until it is enough to cover the minimum cost of a plot of land we are marketing at the moment and when this happens, we purchase an extra plot and hand over all necessary documents as needed. You account then shows a status that states that your commission is redeemed.
From this point, the choice is yours. You can decide to sell your plot of land. This is your decision, we have done our part already by making you a landlord and our conscience is free.
What Is The Amount of Commission
This depends on the deal we are able to cut. We shall however make clear the cost of each plot and the commissions earnable on each of the plots once we sign a marketing deal.
MLC Meetings
At least once a month (usually every forthnight - 2weeks) an MLC meeting and training will hold. The first of this kind held on the 5th of June 2010 with over 40 people in attendance and where we started with the topic "How To Buy A Plot of Land"
Every MLC member is encouraged to attend these meetings and for those who cannot, an update of what was discussed at the meeting will be made available for downloads as soon as we draw it together so that people who missed the trainings can still catch up with what was discussed.
